Workforce · Time tracking

Working time recorded where the work happens

Terminals at the gate, the app in the pocket, or a manual entry with approval. Hours flow into projects, overtime, leave balances and payroll exports without anyone retyping a sheet.

Working time overview per worker and day

The problem today

Paper timesheets are reconciled at month end, and everybody loses

Hours arrive late and wrong

Foremen collect sheets, the office retypes them, disputes start when the payslip is already printed.

Overtime rules live in someone’s head

Which hours count as overtime, how they are compensated and what the balance is: each answer depends on who you ask.

Inspections and clients ask for proof

Many countries require employers to record working time reliably. A stack of sheets is not a system, and a client audit does not accept it either.

Capture

Terminals, mobile app or manual entry, all in one ledger

Terminal devices with QR codes or RFID cards for crews at the gate. The mobile app for workers who move between sites. Manual entries with an approval step for the exceptions. Each entry keeps its source, so you always know how it came in.

  • Terminal devices registered and monitored per site
  • Personal QR code on every employee file
  • Attendance view for today, per site and per team
  • Offline-tolerant sync, so a bad connection never loses a booking

Rules

Policies that apply themselves

Define policy sets for daily limits, breaks, overtime thresholds and holiday handling. Assign them per company, per group or as a per-worker override. Overtime is calculated, credited and compensated according to the rule, and every compensation decision is recorded.

  • Overtime, overtime credit and compensation decisions
  • Holiday definitions per country and region
  • Shift definitions and schedule plans
  • Worker-level policy overrides for special contracts

Absences and leave

Leave balances that are always current

Absence types, requests and approvals, and a leave balance per worker with every entry explained. Absences show up in the planner and in the daily summary, so nobody plans a crew that is on holiday.

  • Absence types with rules per company
  • Leave balance with entries and adjustments
  • Daily and monthly summaries per worker, site and contractor

Works together with

Projects and work orders

Hours land on the task and the project, so actual time and cost are visible without a second system.

HR documents and certificates

The same employee file holds contracts, working-time policy and the personal QR code.

Subcontractor portal

Partner workers book time on your sites through the same terminals; the partner sees its own people, you see the site.

Frequently asked questions

What hardware do the terminals need?

A tablet or small Android device with a camera for QR codes, optionally an RFID reader. Devices are registered in the system and can be monitored per site. We advise on tested models during onboarding.

Can workers correct a wrong booking?

They can request a correction; a supervisor approves it. The original entry, the request and the decision stay in the audit trail.

Does it export to our payroll?

Monthly summaries per worker are exported as spreadsheets and PDFs. Custom export formats for a specific payroll provider are set up during onboarding.

We work in several countries with different holidays. Is that a problem?

No. Holiday definitions are kept per country and region and applied through the policy set of each worker or site.
