Instructions people take on their phone, with proof they understood
Build the material, the question bank and the exam once. Workers take it on site or at home, in their language. A pass creates the certificate on their file with an expiry date; a fail tells you who needs a second round.

The problem today
A signature on an attendance sheet proves presence, not understanding
Instructions repeat every year, by hand
The same safety briefing is given in a container to whoever is present, and the sheet is filed somewhere.
Language gets in the way
Half the crew nods through a briefing in a language they only partly follow.
Nobody knows who is due
Which workers have a valid instruction for working at height, and until when, is a question for the archive.
Materials and exams
Build once, assign to groups, run on any device
Exam materials hold the content (text, images, documents, video). Question groups organise the bank; exams draw from it with pass thresholds and time limits. Assign an exam to a group of workers and follow who has taken it.
- Exam materials, question groups and questions
- Groups of workers per exam, with due dates
- Taking an exam on phone, tablet or desktop
- Photo capture during the exam where identity proof is required

Results and certificates
A pass becomes a certificate; a certificate has an expiry
Results are immutable records with answers and score. A passed exam creates the certificate on the worker’s file, with the validity period you configured, so the reminder machinery of the HR module takes over.
- Results per worker, exam and attempt
- Automatic certificate with expiry date
- Printable evidence for clients and authorities

Require partner workers to pass your site induction before their first day.
Frequently asked questions
Can we use our existing training material?
Yes. Upload documents, images and videos as exam materials and write the questions against them. Materials can be provided in several languages.
How do we prevent someone else taking the exam?
Exams can require photo capture during the attempt, and every attempt is tied to the worker’s login. Results are immutable once submitted.
Does this replace legally required in-person training?
Where a regulation requires practical or in-person training, the module records the result and certificate of that training; it does not claim to replace it.
