Licensing questions
What counts as a user?
A named login for someone who works in the system: office staff, managers, foremen. Workers who only book time on a terminal or use the mobile app for their own documents and tasks are not counted as users. Partner companies in the subcontractor portal have their own light access.
Can we change package or add modules later?
Yes, at any time. Modules are switched on per company; data and users stay where they are.
What is the contract term?
Annual licences with onboarding at the start. Shorter pilots are possible for the first months; ask for the pilot option in the quote form.
What does onboarding include?
Company setup, import of employees and documents, terminal or app rollout, training for the office team and the foremen, and a check-in after the first month.
Where is the data hosted?

Do you offer a free trial?
