HSE software with risk assessments your auditor will accept
Draft a risk assessment from a description and a site photo, review it with your safety officer, publish the safety instruction, and keep every incident, action and legal reference in one place.

The problem today
Safety paperwork is written once and forgotten until something happens
Risk assessments take a day each
Every new site or task needs one. They get copied from the last project, and the copy is wrong in the details that matter.
Incidents live in e-mails
Who reported it, what was decided, which action is still open and who owns it: nobody can say without searching a mailbox.
Audits become archaeology
Proving that the instruction was given, the assessment reviewed and the measure implemented means digging through folders on three computers.
Risk assessments
From description to reviewed assessment in one sitting
Define the scope (site, activity, equipment, people), let the AI propose hazards, likelihood and impact, controls in the right hierarchy and the legal references behind them. Your safety officer edits, rejects or accepts each item and records the residual risk and acceptance.
- Scope, risk sources, controls and legal references from catalogs you configure
- Photo analysis of the site feeds the draft
- Review dates and versions, so an assessment is never silently stale
- AI usage and configuration per company, with cost visibility

Incidents, accidents, deviations
Report in minutes, investigate properly, close the loop
A worker reports from the phone with a photo. The AI pre-fills the event type, causes and proposed actions. The responsible person investigates, assigns actions with deadlines and links the event back to the assessment that needs reviewing.
- Event types for incidents, accidents, near misses and deviations
- Actions with owners, due dates and status
- Reports and protocols printed as PDF for authorities and clients

Safety instructions and communication
Instructions people actually receive, in their language
Generate the safety instruction from the assessment, issue it to the crew, and record who confirmed it. Documentation, legal references and protocols are kept per country and per topic.
- Communication types and statements configurable per company
- Documentation library with legal references by country
- Six user-interface languages for the crew on site

Frequently asked questions
Which AI is used and what does it see?
The company administrator configures the AI provider and model. The AI receives the assessment scope, your catalogs and curated legal documents, and the photo you upload. It proposes; it never saves. Usage is logged per company.
Can we use our own risk matrix and catalogs?
Yes. Risk sources, controls, scope elements, communication types and legal references are catalogs you maintain. Country-specific documentation packs can be loaded for the countries you work in.
Does the module replace our safety officer?
No. It removes the typing and the searching. The judgment, the review and the signature stay with your safety officer, and the audit trail shows exactly that.
Can workers report incidents from the site?
Yes, from the mobile app with a photo and a short description. The report reaches the responsible person immediately and cannot be lost.
