Built on real sites, with real crews
Soft-TLS started inside contracting companies that were tired of chasing certificates, retyping timesheets and reconstructing what happened on site. We built the system we wished we had, then kept building it with the people who use it every day.
Our story
Industrial service and assembly companies work across borders, with crews from several countries, for clients who audit everything. Their office teams spend days each month on evidence: who is qualified, who worked how long, which machine was inspected, which subcontractor still owes a document. We saw this first-hand while working with such companies, and the tools on the market either covered one slice or were built for offices, not for sites.
Soft-TLS grew from that experience into a platform that connects the pieces: people, their documents and hours, the projects and work orders they execute, the equipment they use, the partners they work with, and the safety rules that govern all of it. Version 3.0 went live in October 2025 with a redesigned interface, audit trail on every business change and a faster, mobile-first experience. We keep shipping from the field backwards, not from a slide deck forwards.
What we believe
- Evidence beats memory. Every business change is recorded with who, what and when, and deleted records can be restored.
- Software adapts to the site, not the other way round. Terminals, phones, offline tolerance, six languages.
- Automation proposes, people decide. AI drafts risk assessments and reports; a person reviews and signs, always.
- Start small, grow when ready. Modular licensing, no forced bundles.

What we are building now
Soft-TLS is developed continuously with customers in industry, assembly and construction. The next steps, in development without fixed dates:
- Project management V2. Phases, milestones, status reports and portfolio views on top of today’s work orders and tasks.
- HR V2 with qualification recognition. Cleaner identity, engagement and assignment model; training results that feed qualifications automatically.
- Document recognition for certificates. Upload a scan, press a button, review pre-filled fields. Runs on our own infrastructure; documents never leave it.
- Notification V2. Reminders per person, channel and topic: e-mail, in-app and mobile.
- Mobile app improvements. Faster field workflows for time, tasks, readings and incident reports.
