How long does it take to get started?
Most companies start with HR documents and time tracking within two weeks: we import your employee list, set up terminals or the mobile app, and train your office team. Other modules follow at your pace.
Do we have to take all modules?
No. HR, time tracking, planner, project management and the subcontractor portal are included in every package. HSE, training, equipment, fleet, welding, terminals, the daily log and AI analysis are optional and can be added later.
Does it work on a phone on site?
Yes. Workers use the mobile app for time booking, documents, instructions and tasks. Terminals with QR or RFID cover crews without phones.
Can our subcontractors use it too?
Yes. You invite a partner company, define which documents and certificates you require, and the partner maintains its own workers and files. You see the compliance status, not their internal data.
Where is our data stored and who can access it?

Is the AI allowed to change our documents?
